Maison Nicourt is a true country house, just the way we like it! As soon as you arrive under the avenue of lime trees, you'll be in the mood to discover this traditional farmhouse full of charm, with its wisteria creeping along the facade, in the middle of a vast, pleasant garden planted with trees and overlooking the surrounding fields. You'll find the warm, friendly atmosphere of a real cocoon where it's good to live and get together as a family: weathered furniture, antique decorative objects, pretty retro crockery, exposed beams, terrazzo-style floors, for an interior that tells a story. The vast garden is just as charming, with all its little nooks and crannies where you can relax, read, play, stretch your legs or enjoy a meal. Odile and Antoine have thought of your leisure time with a portico, badminton, croquet, ball, board games, toys and a library. And why not pay a visit to the neighboring cows and sheep? Entrance hall, living room with sitting area and dining area on the kitchen side, kitchen opening onto the garden to the rear, 2 double bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, one of which is a pull-out (accessed via the previous bedroom or the shower room). Bright bathroom and separate toilet. The first floor, with its sloping ceilings, is accessed by an outside staircase and leads to a large room dedicated to leisure activities, with a sitting area, as well as a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Shower room with toilet. The fireplace is not functional. The house is set in a large garden of approx. 3000 m², enclosed by hedges, walls or wire fencing. The village of Francheville is 2 km away, with shops and a restaurant. The gîte is located in a hamlet surrounded by fields and meadows. The region is very pleasant, with Verneuil d'Avre et d'Iton 10 km away, a small town full of character where it's good to stroll, and Center Parcs 11 km away. 2 local tours available.
