This gîte is an old boatman's house: you will be charmed by this surprising site on the banks of the Seine, in a 4700m² fenced orchard with view over the river and from time to time, a boat. Ground floor: kitchen, living room with fireplace, 1 single bed, shower room, toilet, play room. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 8 single beds), shower room, toilet. Electric heating. Table tennis. Access by a steep path with stones. In case of heavy rain, access can become very slippery. You should use a SUV in case of bad weather. Noise forbidden after 10.00 pm.
