There are also areas to enjoy the scenery, including a covered terrace in front of the house with a lovely dining area, a well-shaded pergola, and a superb pool area with sun loungers. What a wonderful setup! The owners have thoughtfully planned your stay here with games—both indoors and outdoors—a piano, a library, a cozy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen! Plus, there are plenty of thoughtful touches and a very warm welcome. You’ll be perfectly positioned to explore this lovely region—with its cultivated fields, forests, and secret valleys—via the winding country roads. Don’t miss a visit to Bernay, 8 km away—a vibrant, typically Norman town along the river, full of character: narrow streets lined with old half-timbered houses, an abbey church, a pastoral golf course, a fine arts museum, swimming pool, movie theater, and theater. ON THE GROUND FLOOR: entryway; on one side, the very cozy living room with its “cocoon” sofas, large smart TV, and small desk, a bookshelf, and board games; on the other side is the kitchen, a truly welcoming and very well-equipped living space (a full-size 6-burner stove with 2 ovens, an American-style refrigerator with a fresh water dispenser) and a central dining area. The room opens (down one step) onto a large dining room with a beautiful table for everyone; there’s also a piano and a dartboard. Restroom with a sink. ON THE FIRST FLOOR: 3 beautiful, bright double bedrooms with hardwood floors, 2 with 160×200 double beds and the third with 2 90×200 single beds that can be pushed together. A beautiful, bright bathroom with a corner bathtub and a large shower. Separate restroom. SECOND FLOOR: 2 large attic bedrooms, each with 3 single beds (90×200) and a private shower room. Separate toilet. You’ll enjoy a lovely terrace with furniture in front of the house, covered by a pergola, and a large landscaped garden enclosed by fencing, featuring a relaxation area, hammocks, and plenty of games: a playground with a slide, badminton, Finnish skittles, and giant Mikado. Beautiful pool area with sun loungers; the pool is open from May 1 to October 15, measures 10 m x 4 m (depth 1.40 m to 2.20 m), and is heated and secured by a cover.
