Just a stone's throw from the Côte Fleurie (Flower Coast), this pretty half-timbered house invites you to relax. Here you'll find all the essentials of a vacation home designed for a successful stay: plenty of area, both inside and out, a beautiful, welcoming terrace, and, of course, plenty of games. The trampoline, swing set, slide, and scooters will delight children, as will the ping-pong table, pétanque court, and molkky game, which promise wonderful family moments. In cooler weather, you'll find refuge in the comfortable lounge area for an evening of DVDs, board games, or reading. For sightseeing, Honfleur is yours to explore, as are the beaches of the Côte Fleurie: Deauville, Cabourg, and Villers-sur-Mer. The Normandy Bridge, also just a stone's throw away, will take you to Seine-Maritime, to Le Havre and its listed city center or Étretat and its famous cliffs. Ground floor: Entrance to the large, bright living room with kitchen opening onto the dining area and lounge area with DVD player, giving access to the terrace. Shower room with large shower and separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine. UPSTAIRS: two comfortable attic bedrooms at each end of the corridor, each with a 160X200 double bed. Third small and attic bedroom with a 90X200 single bed that can be used as an additional bed, for a fifth person. Small attic bathroom and separate toilet. Outside, you benefit from a 2200 m² plot of land and a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. Many games on the spot: pétanque court with boules, ping-pong table, swing set with slide, trampoline, scooters for children… The land adjoins the garden of another accommodation for six people (ref 1282).
