At its heart, the Longère des 4 Tilleuls (Four Linden Trees Longhouse) is a lovely, traditional country house full of charm. It has all the hallmarks of a country home, with its crackling fire in the fireplace, original terracotta tiles and exposed beams, and beautiful family furniture, all in a truly inviting atmosphere given a fresh look by Patricia and Florine, and equipped with modern amenities: a top-of-the-line kitchen and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. For leisure, you'll find board games and toys for children inside, and outdoor games for all ages. As soon as the weather warms up, you can enjoy the garden, completely enclosed by hedges or walls and entirely to yourself, especially under the linden trees for a shady meal or a relaxing nap. For groceries, you'll find everything you need in Breteuil, just 3 km away. Ground floor entrance opens onto a warm and bright living area: very well-equipped and functional kitchen separated by a dining area with stools, a fireplace with an insert, a dining area, and an elegant, cozy lounge. A bright bedroom off the lounge includes a baby changing area, and there is also a second bedroom. A shower room with a large walk-in shower and a separate toilet complete this level. A laundry room is also located on this floor. Upstairs, the landing, with a large desk and a children's play area, leads to two lovely, bright attic bedrooms; each has a cot. There are beautiful walks to enjoy in the surrounding area, including the GR222 hiking trail and around the ponds at Breteuil, less than 3 km.
