The result is a truly successful smart holiday home, with its Mansart roof, warm atmosphere and country chic decor: brick wall and floors, parquet, 19th century fireplace in one room, light colors, natural materials and old decorative elements. Completely detached, the cottage is located on the edge of the old farmhouse, with a partially enclosed garden of almost 1 hectare : enough to stretch your legs or enjoy the available games ! Unless you go further, by bicycle for example on the small country roads. Beautiful region of Normand Vexin, between Lyons-la-Forêt and its magnificent beech forest, and Les Andelys and its banks of the Seine. Sophie and Christophe will speak to you with passion about their productions and the farming profession. Entrance onto the ground floor through the kitchen, garden side. Very well equipped, it is functional and very nice : nice view of the countryside and the garden. Right next to it, a pretty warm and cozy bright living room, as it is doubly exposed, with a really comfortable sitting area in front of the fireplace and the dining room. A double bedroom (160x200), private bathroom with a large shower and direct access to the garden. Wc with hand basin. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, 1 large and bright with double bed 180x200 separable if necessary and a single bed in 90x200, the 2nd with the same separable double bed ; parquet, they have a lot of charm and offer a nice open view onto the countryside. Spacious bathroom : bathtub with shower, wc and changing table. Large garden and covered shelter with games : table tennis, pétanque, croquet and swing. Nearby, a local products distributor managed by Sophie.
