Gîte La boulangerie d'Alphonse
In the heart of a friendly little village, you'll be staying here in Alphonse's old bakery. Today, it's a vacation home where you'll feel right at home, with its real strong point: space! A large open-plan kitchen with its little sitting room in front of the wood-burning stove, a dining room with fireplace, a second, very cocooning TV lounge, a study… The little ones will love visiting the animals: chickens, geese and funny Suffolk sheep with their black legs and heads. Right next door, you'll find the village shops, as well as playgrounds for young and old alike: a great way to spend your stay without taking the car, as you'll also be spoilt for choice when it comes to walks: along the pretty Oison valley, towards the Seine or towards the forest of La Londe. Béatrice and Patrick will give you a warm welcome and tell you all about their region, where you'll find plenty to discover: the Seine, Eure and Risle valleys, Rouen and the nearby Moulin Amour. Ground floor: entrance hall, living room with functional, well-equipped kitchen and cozy lounge in front of the wood-burning stove, large dining room with fireplace, laundry room and toilet. Upstairs, you'll find a bright, cosy living room with TV, a double bedroom on one side, a study on the other and 2 interconnecting bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds; bright shower room with wc. You enter a large property on which you can enjoy your own private space with a terrace and furniture just in front of the gîte, with a privacy screen, then the shared garden with trees and space to run around. The gîte is adjoining the owners' house. It is equipped for babies, with bed, high chair, changing mat, potty and footstool. Deckchairs. Electric vehicle charging station 100 m away.
