Cottage for 8-10 people. Fougy is one of the treasures of the Orne region! This small village, absorbed in 1821 by the commune of Bourg Saint Léonard, boasts a magnificent church, listed as a historical monument: the 12th-century Church of Saint Gilles. You will enjoy a peaceful setting and, less than 8 minutes away, the Château du Bourg St Léonard (a must-see), the Gouffern state forest, the medieval keep of Chambois, and of course, the renowned Haras National du Pin (National Stud Farm) with its International Equestrian Sports Center (PISE) and its shows. The raised terrace faces southeast and overlooks the property's communal garden.
– On the upper floor of a traditional terraced house, all-inclusive: living room with fully equipped kitchen and lounge area (sofa bed for 2 people, 160 cm wide, smart TV), bedroom (double bed, 160 x 200 cm), shower room and toilet. Upstairs via two staircases: landing bedroom (double bed, two single beds), shower room with toilet, landing bedroom (double bed). Access to the heated swimming pool (9.5 x 4 m, 1.40 m deep) is available from late May to mid-September. The pool has a removable cover; time slots can be booked on-site, subject to availability. A covered outdoor spa for 6 people is available for an additional €15 per person. Shared laundry facilities are available. €60 per additional person (maximum 2 additional people).
