Nestled in the Pays d'Ouche, the property offers you a holiday rental of an adorable little house housing a bread oven transformed into a fireplace. In a quiet area, you can enjoy nature in this beautiful space and relax by the pool. Well-appointed, ideal for a couple with up to two children, opening onto the garden, the cottage is also an ideal place to stay to visit Aigle and its famous market, Verneuil d'Avre et d'Iton and its ramparts or to enjoy Center Parcs. You benefit from a relaxation area shared by the 3 gîtes, accessible for your gîte by a WhatsApp reservation link, with a beautiful 5×10 meter swimming pool, covered and heated (open from April 30 to September 30, depending on the weather – the roof is not uncovered), a friendly room with table football and a wellness area with SPA and sauna. Games available: table tennis, badminton, mini football with goals, swings, giant mikado, croquet, books for adults and children, board games. On the ground floor: living room, kitchen, shower room with WC. On the first floor: 2 bedrooms, one with a bathroom (1 double bed 150×200 cm and 2 single beds), WC on the landing. Shared washing machine (in annex). Private garden, bordered by hedges, not enclosed. The house is equipped to accommodate 4 people maximum, children and babies included. WIFI network. Parties not allowed.
