Gîte du Tilleul
A 2-star holiday cottage that is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. A charming, very spacious stone house of over 200 m² on an enclosed, tree-lined plot of approximately 3,000 m², with a tarmac courtyard at the rear, a gravel area for parking or playing boules to the side, and a front garden.
It is situated in the commune of Pierrefitte-en-Cinglais, in a small, leafy hamlet called ‘Le Tilleul’ in the heart of Suisse Normande, with magnificent views over the garden and the countryside, offering peace and quiet with no neighbours opposite, and can accommodate 10 people (prices available on request).
This south-facing, very spacious holiday cottage is fitted with oil-fired and electric central heating in the newer section and features a large terrace (65 m²) surrounded by a balustrade, with garden furniture (2 tables and chairs) and a barbecue.
It is situated approximately 1 hour from the coast, with the D-Day beaches and the Caen Memorial, and 18 minutes from Falaise, where you can follow in the footsteps of William the Conqueror and visit his castle.
It has 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a toilet, and upstairs there is 1 shower room and 1 separate toilet.
There are plenty of activities and walks to enjoy in the surrounding area in Suisse Normande (information available in the gîte). You’ll find all the shops you need just 10 minutes away in Pont d’Ouilly.
The rates shown are based on 6 people; there is a charge of €20 per additional person.
Noisy parties are strictly prohibited out of respect for the neighbours.
