Gîte du Pallus

On the edge of the forest on one side, the village with its shops on the other, the Gîte du Pallus is a really nice vacation spot. Sandrine has created this pretty little cocoon with the concern of your comfort and the wish that you feel good there. The very current atmosphere combines old family furniture with a successful contemporary decor. The result : space, with this bright living room open to the outside, comfort and warmth, and top-notch equipment such as the kitchen which invites you to prepare good meals. The garden is pleasant and fully enclosed, with all the furniture appreciated in fine weather for relaxation or a meal in the fresh air. Children will be delighted with the games available. One of the real pluses of this address is the pleasure of going shopping on foot in the village and going for a walk from the gîte, towards the forest or the municipal leisure park with its playground. Unless you go on one of the GR, 26 or 224, 3km away. The gîte is on one level. Small entrance area then access to the bright and clear living room, with the modern and very well equipped kitchen, the central dining area and the lounge. Night area with 3 bedrooms : the rose, with a 160x200 double bed and desk, the beige, with 2 single beds and a small desk, and the small one with an art deco spirit for 1 person with a single bed, which overlooks the garden. You enjoy a beautiful bathroom with its large walk-in shower and towel dryer and a separate toilet. Also a laundry room which gives access to the back to the garden. On the exterior side, the whole is fully enclosed (around 500 m²) : parking area with garage, courtyard to the front of the house, then a pleasant garden to the rear with terrace. A swing will be installed for sunny days. The residential area overlooks a forest with beautiful walks to do at the end of the street. Note the proximity of the railway line approximately 100m away.
