The cottage has many activities for the whole family: have fun with a game of ping-pong, relax playing pétanque on the dedicated field or let the children have fun on the trampoline. Fancy nature? Discover the farm animals, sheep, cows and their calves, chickens and geese that will delight young and old. In search of relaxation or adventure, the setting is perfect for a stay that is both relaxing and fun. An adorable place to live where the charm of the countryside and the warm welcome of the farm meet to offer you unforgettable moments; not forgetting the attentive welcome of Denise and Jean-Luc. SINGLE-STORY GITE (accessible to people with reduced mobility with assistance). Entrance with cloakroom area, comfortable kitchen-dining room separated from the cozy living room with its 2 sofas (one of which can be converted as a spare) and TV, by a sliding door. Two bedrooms, each with bathroom and toilet (beautiful Italian showers) and direct access to the garden: the "pommiers" in white and blue, 160×200 bed and TV, and the "jardin" in warm tones, with a double bed (140×190). You can enjoy on one side a completely private garden of approximately 110 m², with a view of the sheep pasture and geese behind the hedge, and on the other a second garden in share with the guest rooms: relaxation area, terrace under the pergola and trampoline. You can also stroll in Denise's beautiful garden. Petanque ground and ping-pong table available. If necessary, 3 guest rooms on the property, one of which is adjoining the gîte upstairs. Market in Bernay on Saturdays not to be missed.
