The gîte du bois dame is a large half-timbered Normandy house resulting from the restoration of an old barn. The cottage is located on a farm of dairy cows and is close to the owners house (20 m). This cottage can accommodate a group of up to 38 people and is perfect for families with children. It complies with safety and accessibility standards (DDJS approval and registered in the Academic Inspection directory). In front of the house, a garden is at disposal : terrace, garden tables, outdoor games, ... On the ground floor, the cottage has 2 rooms of 60 m² with TV (USB port and DVD player), a kitchen (cutlery and dishes for 38 people), a cloakroom, 3 toilets, 4 sinks, 2 showers, 2 bedrooms (8 single beds). The 1st floor is served by two staircases overlooking a large corridor serving all bedrooms and bathrooms : 8 bedrooms (30 single beds), 5 showers, 12 sinks, 2 toilets. Weekend of 2 days : 950 €. Weekends 3 days : 1350 €. Tourist tax : 0,50 € per night and per person from 18 years. Electricity not included.
