The environment is also a strong point: from the hamlet, narrow paths lead to the center of Conches, a pretty, typically Norman town with half-timbered houses and a valley: you'll enjoy lively shops for your shopping, as well as a wide range of leisure activities: tennis, swimming pool, mini-golf, fitness, arboretum and museums. All around, plenty of beautiful walks along the river or in the forest. Ground floor: entrance with table soccer, large living room opening onto terrace and garden, with modern, well-equipped kitchen with central island, dining area and TV lounge. Relaxation room with 6-seater indoor spa, operational all year round. Separate toilet. Upstairs, 3 colorful attic bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a bright bathroom with a large walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet. There's also a laundry/laundry room on the ground floor. The large 1300 m² garden is fully enclosed and private; the landscaped pond to the side is protected by a fence. There is ample private parking. Games: mollky, table tennis, darts.
