Gîte de la Marnière
In the heart of the Pays d'Auge, between Livarot and St-Pierre-sur-Dives, a gîte with a particular charm and sensitivity. On the hillside, "le gîte de la Marnière" is an old restored grass house. Odile and her husband Patrick (retired stucco-marble craftsman: demonstration possible on reservation) offer you an interior where it was interesting to play with the old building to bring modern comfort. In the living room, a large fireplace for the autumn flames, a bay to access the wooden terrace and the flowery garden. There is no lack of ideas for outings: the numerous sunken paths will delight those who love hiking, both on foot and by bike, the D-Day beaches and the Caen memorial, the Monday market in Saint-Pierre-sur-Dives, the beaches of Cabourg, Houlgate, Deauville….. Independent house. First floor: entrance, fitted kitchen, large living room with fireplace, sofa, 1 bedroom (1 double bed in 160 cm), adjoining shower room, WC. Attic floor : 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90 cm), shower room, WC. Electric heating. Washing machine. Dishwasher. TV. Baby bed. Garden with terrace and garden furniture. Portico and ping-pong table.
