In the heart of a peaceful hamlet in the Normandy countryside, between the meandering Risle valley and the forest, you'll fall under the spell of this gîte! Céline and Bruno have converted this elegant family home into a convivial vacation retreat with everything you could wish for. You'll love the space, both outside in the large, fully enclosed garden, and inside, with its spacious living areas: three lounges, a vast play area with plenty of toys for the kids, and a top-notch kitchen opening onto the dining room. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, with light, warm hues, pretty details and selected furnishings, always with your comfort in mind. You'll love recharging your batteries here, whatever the season, with family or friends. The region is superb, with the Risle valley just 1 km down the road offering superb scenery and pleasant walks. GROUND FLOOR: entrance hall, spacious and comfortable kitchen opening onto the dining room, with a small sitting room facing the fireplace. Large, convivial living room in the tower, facing the garden, with TV and board games. A lovely bedroom with double bed (160×200), bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet. A hallway leads to the first floor, where you arrive on a spacious landing divided into several areas: the first with lots of games and toys for the kids, a cosy lounge with armchairs and a "club" sofa (board games) and an office for the studious. Three pretty attic bedrooms, two with double beds (160×200) and one twin with 2 single beds (90×200). Shower room with toilet. The house opens onto the garden, 1600 sq. m. of wooded and pleasant grounds, all yours and fully enclosed, with a large terrace and garden furniture to make the most of it. Games: table tennis, badminton, petanque, croquet, shuffleboard, skittles, balls.
