Samuel and Aurore wanted to preserve the local heritage by completely restoring this old house and its barn, which date back to 1850. The bell-ringer’s cottage pays homage to the former owner, the bell-ringer of the village of Antoigny. You’ll enjoy all modern comforts with two separate areas, including one dedicated to games (foosball, arcade machine) that families will love. There’s even an intercom between the two houses! Just 5 minutes from the state-owned forest and the famous Villiers Gorges, as well as the spa town of Bagnoles-de-l’Orne with all its shops, services, and activities (golf, swimming pool, tree-top adventure course, greenway, etc.), not to mention the La Ferté-Macé recreation center less than 10 minutes away (swimming lake, pedal boats, sailing, kayaking, mini-golf, horseback riding, etc.).
A set of two houses entirely reserved for guests, on an all-inclusive basis: MAIN HOUSE – Ground floor: living room with fully equipped kitchen and sitting area (TV, smart radio), bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. – First floor: bedroom (double bed, 160×200 cm), bedroom (2 single beds, 90 x 200 cm). SECOND HOUSE – Ground floor: living room (TV, foosball table, arcade games), bathroom with shower and toilet. – Upper floor: landing with office, bedroom (double bed, 160×200 cm).
