In a hamlet in Les Baux-de-Breteuil, a small village in the middle of a vast forest, you'll fall under the spell of this large, family-friendly vacation home. A traditional longère in this region, it hides behind its pretty blue shutters the atmosphere so dear to country homes: the warmth of terracotta floor tiles and exposed beams, elegant family furniture, collections of stoneware pottery or antique wall plates and beautiful fireplaces. You'll love the spacious rooms, both living areas and bedrooms, the modern comforts, and the large wooded garden with its different areas: play area around the portico, meals on the terrace ready to welcome the whole tribe, or rest in the shade of the big trees. Not forgetting Elisabeth's thoughtful attention to the little ones' leisure needs. In the village, a convenient grocery store opens in the morning, so why not go shopping by bike? There are also plenty of walks in the surrounding area. Ground floor entrance: large, welcoming living room with dining area and sitting area with fireplace and tuned piano. 2nd lounge with fireplace, kitchen with a second dining area opening onto the terrace and garden, scullery with all additional equipment, lovely bedroom with double bed (160×200), large bathroom with toilet and 2nd separate toilet. Utility room. Upstairs (slightly steep staircase with handrail): chambre aux chapeaux (2 single beds and study area), chambre aux oiseaux with 2 single beds, library, school desk and children's play area, chambre verte (accessible via the previous room) with double bed and library, and chambre briques with 2 single beds, accessible via the chambre verte or an outside staircase, with shower room and wc. Unenclosed wooded garden of approx. 2000 m² all around the gîte, with pond (unprotected) and large terrace. Porch shared with another 2-person gîte nearby (ref 1472) and bicycles on request.
