The interior opens onto a lovely, bright, and welcoming living room with an industrial-style decor that offers a cozy and cheerfully contemporary atmosphere. The windows open onto the wooden terrace, creating a perfect blend of indoors and outdoors. You'll feel right at home! Outside, you can enjoy a superb, secluded spa for moments of pure relaxation, a terrace where sunshine, laughter, and convivial meals can linger until the end of the day, and a very large garden where you can let loose or play (with a swing set). Plenty of walks in the surrounding area on the small winding roads, for example towards the Moulin Amour which is worth a visit. On the ground floor: a beautiful, bright living room with an industrial-style decor, opening onto a terrace with views of the countryside. It features a very well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining area, and a lounge facing an electric fireplace that is surprisingly effective as it also provides heating: the sofa converts into a double bed. There's also a second, very pleasant relaxation area in the fully glazed section; the sofa also converts into a bed. A toilet is also located on this floor. The staircase leads to two small, adjoining attic bedrooms: first, a single bedroom (one single bed), then a double bedroom (standard double bed), which provides access to a lovely shower room with a toilet (and washing machine). You can enjoy a large, beautiful wooden terrace with stunning views of the valley and countryside. A beautiful, secluded 6-person hot tub awaits you there, accessible year-round, along with sun loungers and a comfortable dining area. Ample private parking is available, as well as a large garden with a swing set. On the property, there is a second, completely detached gîte for 12 people. For fishermen, just opposite, you can enjoy a beautiful enclosed area with a 2000 m² stocked pond shared by 3 cottages.
