Ground floor: entrance into the large, bright living room overlooking the garden: modern kitchen, convivial dining area and cosy lounge with table soccer. Bedroom with double bed (160×200) and garden view. Large bathroom with toilet. Laundry room with sink, washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor, with a slight sloping ceiling, the spiral staircase leads to a large landing with relaxation area (sofa bed for emergency use) and bookcase; it leads to 3 bedrooms: the violet with 2 single beds (90×200), the blue with 1 double bed (160×200), 1 single bed (90×200) and a desk, the pink with 2 single beds (90×200). Bathroom with heated towel rail and separate toilet. Reversible air-conditioning. The gîte, adjoining another gîte, benefits from a vast 1700m² private garden enclosed by hedges. The large enclosed property is also home to 2 other gîtes with separate areas. At your disposal: terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs. Unprotected pool. Bicycle/motorcycle shelter.
