This authentic 40 m² duplex cottage, surrounded by a private one-hectare park, is the ideal spot for lovers of nature, tranquillity and authenticity. From your terrace, let yourself be lulled by the murmur of the water, watch the ducks glide peacefully across the pond and enjoy an exceptional setting where nature reigns supreme.
On the ground floor
You’ll find a cosy living area comprising:
a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, minibar, two hobs, kettle, espresso machine…);
a cosy dining room;
a small sitting area with a television and a wood-burning fireplace, which is in use from All Saints’ Day to Easter;
a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs
The sleeping area is situated on an open-plan mezzanine with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm), offering a cosy and intimate atmosphere.
Please note: access to the mezzanine is via a spiral staircase. For this reason, this accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or young children.

Whilst enjoying this exceptional setting, you’ll also have complimentary access to our spa area, featuring a heated indoor pool and an infrared sauna, reserved exclusively for guests of La Ferme de L’Oudon & Spa.
Le Lavoir is the ideal choice for a romantic weekend in Normandy, a nature-filled stay by the water’s edge or a few days of unwinding in the heart of the Pays d’Auge.
A homemade breakfast, served directly in your accommodation, is available at an additional cost of €20 per adult and €15 per child under 12.
Access to the swimming pool and spa (9.30 am–8 pm) is included with all bookings for this accommodation.
