Escape to the heart of the Normandy countryside at Maison La Lagune, an elegant 90 m² guest house designed to accommodate up to 4 people. A true haven of peace, it enjoys a prime location on the banks of a small private pond, where ducks swim peacefully throughout the day. Situated close to our Animal Farm and set apart from the other accommodation, it offers the ideal setting to enjoy peace and quiet, nature and privacy, whilst remaining just a stone’s throw from our spa area.
A warm and welcoming living space
La Maison La Lagune features a large, light-filled living area comprising:
a fully equipped kitchen with a fan-assisted oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher and all the equipment you need to cook to your heart’s content;
a cosy dining area, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends;
a large lounge with a television and a wood-burning fireplace, operational from All Saints’ Day to Easter, ideal for enjoying a cosy atmosphere during the colder months.
Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms
La Maison La Lagune has two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom to ensure everyone’s comfort and privacy.
The master suite features a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) as well as an en-suite bathroom with a spa bath – perfect for extending your moments of relaxation – and a separate toilet.
The second bedroom, accessible via a few steps, can be configured with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) or two single beds, depending on your needs. It also has its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
A wooden cot is also provided to ensure your little ones are well looked after.
A private waterside terrace
Outside, enjoy a large, 50 m² private terrace, facing south and furnished with garden furniture. Overlooking the small pond, it offers an idyllic setting for enjoying breakfast, sharing a meal or simply relaxing whilst admiring the ducks and the surrounding countryside.
During your stay, you’ll also enjoy complimentary access to the spa at La Ferme de L’Oudon, featuring a heated indoor pool and an infrared sauna, reserved exclusively for guests of the estate.
La Maison La Lagune is ideal for a family holiday, a nature-filled break in Normandy or a rejuvenating weekend in the heart of the Pays d’Auge, combining comfort, privacy and well-being.
Access to the spa, the heated indoor swimming pool and the infrared sauna is included from 9.30 am to 8 pm.
A homemade breakfast, served directly in your accommodation, is available at an additional cost of €20 per adult and €15 per child under 12.
