Fully furnished and equipped, the house will bring you all the necessary comfort.
– Fitted kitchen open on the living room with a large table for 8 people, lounge area with a sofa bed (sleeping 140) and a large flat screen TV hanging on the wall. Perfectly equipped, you will be able to cook and please your loved ones as at home: toaster, blender, kettle, Senseo coffee maker (pods available), traditional oven, set of pots and pans, utensils to enjoy a seafood platter…
– 2 bedrooms each with a dressing room: a double room (bed 140) and a room with double bed (140) and 2 bunk beds (90). Possibility to have the beds made on arrival (10?/bed).
– Bathroom with shower, washbasin, hairdryer and towels available to guests at no extra charge. Separate toilet.
– Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, clothes line.
On sunny days, you can take advantage of its large garden to have your meals with your family: garden furniture, barbecue, plancha, parasol. Or simply relax in the deckchairs or the swing while watching the children play on the swing and slide on the slide!
The rental is located 900 m from the beach, 1.8 km from downtown Cabourg, 600 m from the supermarket and 5 minutes walk from the pedestrian and cycling paths of the marshes.
Open all year round, weekly rental only in July and August.
