Anne-Marie and Claude are delighted to welcome you to their former granite barn, now converted into a gîte.
Just a few minutes from Barfleur, this peaceful hamlet is ideal for relaxing and discovering the Cotentin peninsula.
The sea is around 500 m away and shops 800 m: breathe in the sea air and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside – you’re finally on vacation!
First floor: living room (wood-burning stove, sofa, TV, DVD player, radio), fully-equipped kitchenette (compact oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher…), shower room (hairdryer, shower, washbasin) with toilet, laundry/utility room with washing machine.
Upstairs: two bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed, the other with 1 90cm bed), separate wc.
Outside: small enclosed courtyard with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue, parking space.
Electric heating: 20 Kwh free/day . Meter reading. If overrun, surcharge at current kwh rate
Optional: bed linen rental: 10 ? per set (blankets supplied) and optional cleaning service. 30 ? .
Umbrella bed on request free of charge .
Pets are not allowed.
Possibility of storing motorcycles, bicycles, roof boxes, etc. in a closed shelter.
