Located right in the center of Périers, this 19th-century residence, miraculously spared during the Liberation in 1944, is a rare find. It's not until you walk through the wrought-iron front door that its true assets are revealed. This property enchants with its refined interior and its family home feel. The rooms are organized around a beautiful elm staircase. The breakfast room features a neo-Gothic fireplace.
Upstairs, the corridor leads to 3 bedrooms.
The first of these, the “blue room”, has a queen-size bed and a bathroom combining both shower and bathtub.
The second, the “yellow room”, exudes timeless elegance: it has a bathroom with shower (the private toilet is outside, but adjacent to the room).
A third small room, known as the “Bird Room”, with its 2 x 80cm beds, can only be rented as a complement to one of the two above-mentioned rooms, as it shares bathroom facilities with one of them.
A fourth room, on the first floor, can also accommodate one person. It has the advantage of offering a shower, washbasin and private toilet.
In fine weather, guests can enjoy a vast garden with a variety of species and fruit trees. Its surrounding wall, protected from wind and view, preserves this green setting. Ideally located in central Manche: 15 km from the beach, 6 km from the golf course and less than 20 km from the sites of the Battle of Normandy.
