A single-storey, 3-star-rated detached house, fully equipped for 6 people, comprising a large lounge/living room with a sofa, television, dining area, fitted kitchen (gas hob, built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery…), washing machine and freezer in the garage, garage. 3 bedrooms (1 double bedroom with a 160×200 bed, 1 bedroom for 2 people with 2 single beds (80×200) and 1 very small bedroom with a bunk bed (2×1 person, 90×200), bathroom and toilet. Conservatory (unheated in winter), barbecue available. Enclosed garden for relaxing, with garden furniture. Wi-Fi. Heating, double glazing, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner. Air conditioning. Free loan of a cot and high chair on request. Pets allowed (dogs only, maximum of 3). Bed linen and towels included in the weekly rate. Cleaning service included.
A high-power socket is installed in the garage for charging electric cars or e-bikes (at an additional cost).
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday home.
This lovely holiday home, ideally situated to enjoy the seaside (the D-Day beaches and D-Day museums) and the countryside, will be perfect for a family holiday in Normandy. Peace and quiet are guaranteed. In the heart of the D-Day landing beaches and 5 km from Bayeux (the Bayeux Tapestry, the cathedral and museums).
