The new skatepark inaugurated in 2019 proposes a surface area of 500m2, reserved for skateboards, push scooters and BMX bikes.
For skilled skaters, a 2.2 metre-deep bowl has been created to perform ‘figures-of-8’ with the necessary speed, thanks to centrifugal force… It is connected to the street area by means of two back-to-back ramps and rails, low walls, steps, etc. Everything is designed to suit visitors of all profiles and ages, both beginners and experienced skaters and with maximum safety in mind. Next to the park, there is a convivial 240m2 area for meeting.
Two sports grounds, highly popular among Deauville’s youth and available all year for playing football and basketball, complete these facilities, located near the Place des Fusillées, behind the Club Mer & Sports beach and sports club.
