In a fun learning environment that helps increase environmental awareness, the Sailing School Les Moussaillons du Lac allows people to learn the basics of sailing on a lake in the heart of the Durdent Valley where the winds are mild.

Whether for a group of friends, a summer camp or a works council, you can learn the basics of sailing, kayaking, or windsurfing according to the project we will help you create.
Good to know:
- With the "Carte Famille" (Family Pass) of the Alabaster Coast Community Council, benefit from 20% discount on all activities.
- It is recommended to bring a short wetsuit, lycra suit or something similar as well as shoes that can go in the water. Please note that there are wetsuits to borrow depending on the availability.
All year round, children aged 6 to 13 can learn or improve themselves in dinghy sailing and dinghy regatta while learning more about the marine environment, the activity "Voile Junior" on Wednesday afternoons provides personalized learning experience with a state-certified instructor. There are three sessions scheduled every year.
To try sailing, active introduction sessions are organised occasionally on Saturday mornings on the larger boat for groups (for children aged over 7 years old and adults) or on a funboat (for children aged 7 to 12). They are ideal to learn the basics during two hours with a qualified instructor.
During summer, Opti-Mouss courses taking place over five consecutive half-days (2hrs 30 minutes/day) from Monday to Friday are organised: it allows children aged 6 to 11 to learn the basics of sailing, to look for treasures and learn more about the marine environment with the wind in their sails!
