The Chef Olivier Barbarin continuously renews his menu at the Château d’Audrieu’s ‘Le Séran’ restaurant, named in tribute to the castle’s history. Offering three ground-floor dining rooms, the restaurant’s cosy atmosphere is marked by its deep colour: ‘Egyptian red’. The first room boasts a generous wine cellar covering the entire wall between two doors! The restaurant has selected a comprehensive choice of over 200 wines, covering the majority of French vineyards, together with a few references from across Europe and the New World. The wine list includes a ‘favourites’ page, with a selection of bottles recommended by the Sommelier. Over a dinner for two, with family or friends, ‘Le Séran’ offers a convivial atmosphere where the simplest form of fine gastronomy rimes with meticulous accuracy.
