William Boquelet draws his inspiration from his Norman origins and his passion for cooking makes him excel. He loves to share and thus works in a kitchen open onto the dining room. The menu, which reflects his energy, changes with the seasons and his culinary findings. Just like Normandy, he often combines produce from the land and from the sea, as you can tell with his pan-fried scallops with black pudding and apple and ginger kromeski. A modern spirit rewarded with one star in the famous red Michelin guide in 2012.
William also welcomes you on Saturday mornings in his kitchen for cooking classes followed by lunch and shares with you his secrets and his delicious values.
