Fall under the spell of this Classical garden located in Normandy, in the south of the Eure Department.
As the gateway to Normandy and on the border with the Perche region, the Château d'Hellenvilliers is surrounded by a large park of several hectares. Explore the French-landscaped garden and admire the perspectives. The large star-shaped paths, and the listed entrance path lined with two rows of trees are said to have been designed by Le Nôtre. You will be seduced by the charm of the château. The left wing, the oldest one, dates back to the Renaissance period (16th century), it adjoins a 15th century chapel and a 17th century gallery set at right angles that constitutes the facade of the chateau. The right wing dates back to the 18th century.
Henry IV of France stayed there before the Battle of Ivry in 1590.
