Welcome to Normandy, to Calvados, and more specifically to Douville-en-Auge, in the heart of the Pays d’Auge area. We have been producing and processing our cows’ milk, to transform it into cream, cream cheese, yoghurt, butter, etc. in our farm workshop since 2004.
The year 2012 marked the creation of AOP Pont l’Evêque and Pavé d’Auge cheeses made from non-pasteurised milk.
The brand names ‘Les Délices de Douville’ and ‘Ferme de l’Oraille’ highlight the fact that our produce is made locally. You can find them in a range of dairy stores, grocers and supermarkets throughout the region.
And, of course, you can buy them direct at our farm shop.
