Ever since its creation in 1991, Saumon de France has raised Atlantic Salmon in the bay of Cherbourg protected by dykes 2,5 km off the Normandy coast. As we care about animal welfare, our Saumon de France are raised in pure water and in a low density farm. The craftsmen there apply their expertise to making quality products. At the same site, Saumon de France has an aquaponic greenhouse, where fish and plants grow together. From the fillet to smoked, Saumon de France provides you a high quality and absolutely fresh salmon. You can also find our store in the same place.
