Norman craft brewery located 10 minutes away from Center Parcs Les Bois Francs.
After almost seven years of work and savings, Charles-Alexandre Auvray opened his microbrewery in Chennebrun in June 2018. From behind the counter, he welcomes you to his shop with its pleasant smell of brewing. Behind him, we can see the mashing, the brewing, fermenting and the maturing vessels. The various bottling, capsuling and labelling tools give an idea of how much work is needed for the artisanal production of this age-long grain-based beverage.
Feel free to ask this passionate brewer about the different steps involved in making beer. He will tell you what goes on behind the scenes before inviting you to taste his Boujou Originale and his Boujou Goyogoyo, which numerous customers enjoy. Please drink responsibly and delightedly.
