Furnished and decorated with care, equipped with modern and contemporary facilities, the accommodation consists of: an entrance lounge (armchairs) flat screen TV and a DVD player, a separate kitchen with dining area, fully equipped with induction hob 2 burners, extractor hood, combined microwave oven, refrigerator / freezer, toaster, electric teapot, coffee maker (capsule provided), dishwasher (appliances and kitchen utensils of first choice). On the second floor first landing wc independent hand wash, 1st room bed 160 x 200 a chest of drawers, a pouf. 2nd floor: bathroom shower, vmc, with vanity (hairdryer and toiletries provided) the 2nd room 2 beds 90 x 190 chest of drawers and a pouf. Without supplement for the linen of bed, toilet as well as for the household. We also propose you the beds made at your arrival. This small townhouse, charming, with character (parquet floor) located in the historic district of Bayeux, with great comfort, in a cobbled street, quiet (double glazed windows) close to the Place Charles de Gaulle (free parking) and with a private terrace surrounded by walls
