This property is located in the tourist village of Varengeville-sur-Mer (known for its marine churchyard, Shamrock garden, Bois des Moutiers garden, etc.) and covers 30 hectares. The holiday cottage opened in 2012 in a fully renovated and refurbished house from the 1950s (completely covered in wood).
It faces south and offers an amazing view over the plain. There is a 200 m² garden on this side.
Easy access to the village on foot (all shops) and to the sea (20 minutes).
