Gîte Détente en Normandie

This elegant country house with crisp red shutters is truly made for the holidays. You are here in a hamlet in the middle of fields as far as the eye can see, very peaceful, with a large garden just for you. Jessica arranged it by thinking it as comfortable and pleasant as possible, and the result is there ! She has managed to keep the charm of this old house by incorporating contemporary codes : the whole is spacious and bright, very well equipped, in a warm and modern atmosphere. Lots of very popular little extras such as a real desk, a piano, a bookcase for young and old, sofa and relax armchairs for great comfort, a second relaxation area upstairs, full of games, furniture garden to enjoy the great outdoors and a kitchen with incredible equipment ! Nearby, 5 km away, Damville is a nice little town, by the river with a large body of water and plenty of leisure activities. Even closer, the Chocolatrium, a must. Ground floor : entrance, beautiful living room with its sofa and relax armchairs, piano, library area. Right next door is the spacious kitchen with dining area, very well equipped up to the steam oven, a scullery for more storage and the laundry room. An office, then 2 adjoining bedrooms : the little rose with 1 single bed and cot, and the duck blue with double bed and small desk. Shower room with a large shower, washbasin cabinet, changing cabinet and towel radiator ; the toilets are detached. Upstairs you arrive on a small relaxation area on the landing, warm with the exposed beams, then a small attic bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with wc. You benefit from a large enclosed garden of 3800 m² all open to the surrounding countryside, with parking, a large terrace and lots of nice furniture to enjoy in fine weather. Also a swing.
