Our 3 gites of character, labeled 4 Epis Gîtes de France, are located in a typical Bessin stone farmhouse and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. The 4 500 m² park with its majestic avenue of hundred-year-old lime trees, the orchard, the vegetable garden and the private gardens offer you a unique view on the vast meadow and the valley of the river "Aure Inférieure".
In the heart of the Domaine de Houtteville, the AUTHENTIC gîte is located in the typical Bessin stone farmhouse, adjoining the two other gîtes on the property. It offers a neat decoration with floor tiles, stones and beams. The private garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue overlooks the park. The 3 large bedrooms (one closed bedroom and two mezzanine bedrooms) are equipped with high quality bedding. Outside, relax during a sauna session (common for two cottages).
The AUTHENTIC gite can be booked simultaneously with another gite of the property (ARTY and/or HARMONY - subject to availability) for a total capacity of 10 to 16 persons.
