A walk to stimulate the senses through space and time in a 10 acre wooded park surrounding the chateau of Louis XIII, listed as Historic Monument, and planted according to plans drawn up by Colinet, Le Nôtre's head gardener, with several species of tree with "Remarkable Tree" status including the double avenue of three hundred year old lime trees. The Courtyard of Honour has an arrangement of four coloured 'hearts' symbolising the four seasons. The Rainbow garden with its feature 'fruticetum' invites you on a 'chromatic walk'.
