This museum is nestled in the historic setting of the Abbaye aux Hommes (Abbey of Saint-Etienne) and is dedicated to our region's wildlife and plants. It features stuffed animals displayed in their natural setting: forest mammals and birds of prey, small sparrows that live in parks and gardens, marsh-dwelling birds and coastal birds... The theme garden features both wild and domesticated plants from our region. Several possible theme events: an extraordinary garden, nature in the city, regional wildlife, biodiversity in the garden... Each year in the spring, an exhibition is held including events based on a particular theme related to our environment.
