Smoking using dry salt, hanging, hand slicing... You will learn all the secrets of a traditional smoke house. Jean-Marc proposes a slicing demonstration and a tasting session.
Guided tours at 5pm on Thursdays during school holidays and at 5pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays in July and August.
Direct sales on site and at the market in Bayeux on Saturday mornings.

Traditional fish smoking business. Explanation of how fish (farmed or wild) is selected. Informational panels illustrate the production process where everything is done by hand. Explanation of the many ways in the traditional method differs from salmon farming. After a salmon slicing demonstration, the visit ends with a tasting session when visitors can appreciate the authentic flavour of salmon smoked in the traditional way. On-site gift shop.
