Visitors have a day-by-day, hour-by-hour account of the infantry and tanks’ tough battles on the Tilly front amongst civilians which saw the 30th British army corps battle with 2 elite divisions of the 1st SS Panzerkorps. Enemies captured and recaptured the village of Tilly-sur-Seulles 23 times for almost a month. 70% of the village was destroyed and almost one tenth of the population died in extremely violent battles.
