Agapanthus Garden

Parks and gardens

Pets accepted
From a flat, bare piece of ground, Alexandre Thomas created the first garden on different levels, thus giving the illusion of spaciousness. The second garden now complements the first, with its many interesting views and a completely different way of handling certain trees and shrubs, selected for their stronger colours and planted in greater numbers, resulting in a garden which is both new and every bit as original as the first. A real plant enthusiast, Alexandre takes the visitor through a green, living maze, full of light and flowers, which never seems to end – a jungle, yet perfectly controlled, in which nothing is left to chance. The overall impression in both gardens is of peace and tranquility: the silence is disturbed only by the soft buzz of insects or the murmur of a quick flowing stream. The two gardens work in perfect partnership, each emphasising the qualities of the other, by presenting a different floral style. Unmissable at every season of the year.
