Alabaster Coast Golf Practice

Between Dieppe, Etretat and Rouen you can find several golfing facilities which, combined, offer a complete range of playing possibilities. The jewel in the crown of this ensemble is undoubtedly the 18-hole Les Vallons course (par 72, 6,140 metres) designed by French architect Alain Prat. The course is recognised for its clear lines, making it quite accessible for players new to the game, but also offering seasoned players a good challenge from the back tees (slope range of 133). The fairways cross lightly undulating, wooded terrain in the heart of the Pays de Caux. If the place exudes the air of fine parkland, there’s also a touch of the
links, with the tall yellow grasses lining the course. The course’s rhythm proves visually as well as technically pleasing. Special mention must go to hole no.3, where the architect has
surpassed himself, along with holes no.13 and no.18, whose atmosphere may transport you from Normandy to Scotland! If you’re treated to strong rain and wind on a round, then the course will become extra tough as its challenges intesify!
