Summer exhibition - Artists in Normandy - Lecture: The artist’s everyday life

The Artists in Normandy exhibition takes a 360° look on the representations of Normandy, both in painting and in photography, from 1830 to current times.
Lynda Frenois, co-curator for the exhibition and Director of the Franciscaines Museum, introduces the historical, artistic and social context in which the exhibited works have been made. The artists’ lives are seen from a new perspective: Delacroix, Courbet, Bonnard, Vuillard…
Practical information: 1 hour // 20 people max.
